Cookie Policy

01Our approach
We use as few cookies as we can. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell browsing data.
02Marketing site (roastnet.com)
- Language preference: a first-party cookie (roastnet_locale) remembers the language you chose. It is a preference cookie and lasts up to one year.
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that counts visits without setting cookies or identifying you.
- Bot protection: forms such as the support form use a security check from our content delivery and security provider to stop abuse. It may use strictly necessary storage for that purpose only.
03Roastnet platform and apps
Signed-in areas use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, remember your device for two-factor authentication and keep your workspace settings. Without them the Service cannot work.
04Storefronts and cafe portals
Storefronts and cafe portals hosted on Roastnet use strictly necessary cookies for baskets, checkout and sign-in. The roastery running a storefront may add its own tools and is responsible for telling its visitors about them.
05Your choices
Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signed-in areas will then not work. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask before setting them.
