How it works

Your lots, in front of every roaster on the market.

  1. Join the green market free and select importer as your seller type.
  2. List lots manually, or keep them synced from your inventory system with the Market API.
  3. Roasters request samples. You send them directly.
  4. A roaster orders through Roastnet. You confirm or decline.
  5. You invoice the roaster for the coffee and arrange delivery.

Roastnet does not take payment for your coffee. You invoice the roaster and are paid by them directly.

In your market you deliver your own coffee, free or charged on your invoice. Roastnet delivery only runs in markets where Roastnet provides logistics, and more are added over time.

What people ask us.

Does Roastnet buy my coffee?
No. On importer lots the sale is between you and the roaster. Roastnet passes the order to you and you invoice the roaster directly.
Does Roastnet take a cut?
No. Roastnet charges nothing on your coffee or your delivery in your market.
Who handles samples?
You do. Roasters request samples from your listing and you send them straight to the roaster.
Who delivers?
You do, free or charged on your own invoice. Roastnet delivery is not available in your market yet.
Can I connect my stock system?
Yes. The Market API gives you REST endpoints, webhooks and MCP tools for AI agents, all documented on the network site.
What does it cost?
Joining, listing and the Market API are free, and Roastnet charges nothing on your coffee.
