Questions
What people ask us.
- Does Roastnet buy my coffee?
- No. On importer lots the sale is between you and the roaster. Roastnet passes the order to you and you invoice the roaster directly.
- Does Roastnet take a cut?
- No. Roastnet charges nothing on your coffee. It earns only on delivery when a roaster books it with Roastnet, and that is invoiced to the roaster.
- Who handles samples?
- You do. Roasters request samples from your listing and you send them straight to the roaster.
- Can I use my own delivery?
- Yes. Delivery can be arranged by you, free or charged on your own invoice. The roaster can also book delivery with Roastnet.
- Which countries can list?
- Importers in any country can list lots. Roastnet delivery runs only in markets where Roastnet offers logistics; use the market switcher to see yours.
- Can I connect my stock system?
- Yes. The Market API gives you REST endpoints, webhooks and MCP tools for AI agents, all documented on the network site.
- What does it cost?
- Joining, listing and the Market API are free, and Roastnet charges nothing on your coffee.
